CPU Maximum Frequency always 100%

Why is the CPU Maximum Frequency is always 100%?

I'm slightly confused here. The CPU graph always goes up to 100% on the Y
axis, but your CPU is clearly bumping along quite happily at around 20%,
apart from that one spike up to 80%.

Or have I misunderstood your question?

its not 100%
the verical axis indicates 10-15% on its last read

Dump Registry Mechanic

Using a registry cleaner can lead to more problems than it solves.

Once you have used a registry cleaner there is no way to know whether it
has damaged the registry.

There is NO mention of either a registry cleaner OR Registry Mechanic
