one care error
I have a Windows Vista Ultimate installed, with all upgrades. Everytime I
tried to run ONE CARE it returns an error# 0x04100407.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
thanks

Welcome to the forums!

I was unable to locate that specific error code to determine a
solution. However, Microsoft has excellent support with Live OneCare and
you should be able to get an answer through their support center. The
link is: 'Windows Live OneCare Help Center'

One possible solution is to completely uninstall Live OneCare, download
the latest version, install it, activate it and see if the error
reappears.

Let us know what your solution was.
