After installing Microsoft Office Accounting 2007?

I am running Vista Ultimate.

After installing Microsoft Office Accounting 2007, I have lost control of
the system.

Mouse locks up, and system will not stay connected to the internet.

After re-butting and loging on as administrator, I can use this account with
out the problems.

How do I resolve this condition, so that I can long on as the same user as
always before installing Microsoft Office Accounting 2007?
