I have a program that i cannot uninstall. I get the error message
(-5005;ox80070002). I have rebooted and am not running any other programs.
Cannot get past this message. Any suggestions?

Name of the program? Response of the program's tech support people?
Sometimes reinstalling and then uninstalling works.
