Unable to uninstall program

I recently downloaded the 2006 version of 123 free solitaire, and now I want
to uninstall it. It did not come with an uninstaller. When I try to
uninstall it using the program manager, a new window opens with a red x that
says "could not open install.log file." If anybody could offer how to
uninstall this program I'd appreciate it.

I have a subscription to a company to be able to download games. I can
install the games but I can't uninstall them on my computer with Vista. My
computers with XP will uninstall the games. the computer with Vista says
"could not open install.log file." If anybody could offer how to uninstall
the games I'd appreciate it.
