Booting problem

Hello, I've got a problem with booting my pc (Vista 32 bit). When I boot my
computer it gets stuck in the vista loading screen(with the green bar in the
middle). I can only boot my computer when I completely switch off the power
with the power switch at the rear side of the pc first. The same thing
happens when I put my computer in stand-by mode or sleep mode.

However, when I switch off the power and then boot my computer just as
usual, there is no problem at all. Though I cannot use the automatic reboot
option.

Can someone help me with this?

you might need the APCI driver from your motherboard manufactur, check
there website for updated drivers.
