Hi,
Disable plugins. One or more of them is causing a problem. Click
Tools/Internet Options and on the Programs tab click the button the 'manage
addons'. Disable those that load with IE, then restart IE. See if the
problem goes away. If so, slowly re-enable a few at a time until the problem
reappears.
Also, if you use the Google toolbar, older versions of it have been known to
cause browser issues as well. Uninstall it then download and install the
most recent version available.
