windows updates

I can not access windows update, my computer will not update anything,
and hasnt done in the last 6 months. Also i have a low disk space
warning that constantly comes up, have tried searching the net for a
solution, and even tried a few but they dont work. Any suggestions would
be appreciated. thanks, Bill.

Hi, I have a similar problem/ When it failed to update it blacked out or
crashed. Finally, it was able to update. However, I keep having problems:
Vista shuts down with some internet add ons and applets.

Kingsakoil,
Check out "shutdown problems", it might be your solution:
remove McA or Norton if you have them; download free Avast for home use.
