Config files

When I try and open Ding (southwest airlines) I get error message unable to
load ding config files.
This same message apears when i restart the computer.
I have tried uninstall and also tried the CleanUp Utility.
-- Previously the Ding program was working fine.
I have also tried system restore, nothing works.
