Windows Vista Business

I installed Windows Vista Business on my home computer and now it won't allow
me to access anything. There isn't a start button to click on to uninstall
the program, which is what I would like to do. Could you suggest how I can
uninstall this program?

This doesn't make sense; Vista is not a program - it's an operating
system. So that we can help you, answer a few questions:

1. Give some information about your computer - make/model if it is OEM
(Dell, HP, Sony, etc.) and some hardware specs.
2. Tell us how you installed - upgrade started from within XP? clean
install? dual-boot onto a second partition or hard drive?
3. Did Vista ever work? If yes, what changed?
