Opening program issue
After 2-4 hours of using my computer it starts limiting the amount of
programs I can open. Not long after (5-10 min) it goes so bad I cant open
anything expect for one internet browser. Can anyone help ?

Not really enough information for us to help you. It could be
virus/malware infection, it could be hardware failing or overheating.
There's no way to tell from what you wrote above. In addition to

malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what

sounds like limited functionality because of not being registered.
have you registered/authenticated your VISTA.
