Posts to newsgroups "stuck" in Outbox

I have closed WLM and re-opened it but the posts are not being sent to the
newsgroups. Any suggestions appreciated! This problem just started this
afternoon. I checked the Updates and only a Defender Definition was added.
I'm hoping this post will get to this group!
