Hello. I have only owned my FujitsuSeimens Laptop four days. Its installed
with Windows Vista Basic. The computer is shutting down suddenly and showing
briefly the Blue Screen. After restarting (I chose to restart windows
"normally") I get a little error box and here are the details:

Problem Signature:

Problem event Name: Blue Screen
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.2
Locale ID: 1044

Additional Information about the Problem:

BC Code a
BCP1 00000000
BCP2 00000002
BCP3 00000001
BCP4 81C83653
OS Version 6_0_6000
Service Pack 0_0
Product 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:

C:\windows\minidump\mini 017708-04.dmp
C:\users\agreppo\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-86689-0.sysdata.xml

I hope someone can help cause this is frustrating!

Thank you

That is almost always caused by a bad hardware driver. When you turn the
computer on start pressing the F8 key. On the Safe mode menu pick Last known
good configuration. Uninstall the driver for whatever the last hardware you
installed was. Perform a System Restore to a time before this.

Thanks. It's always good to know what works and what doesn't.
