Download Progress

When downloading an email, etc. I no longer get the download progress screen
to let me know how long it will take or when it has completed. Please tell me
how to turn this function on??

While "send/receive" is active, an icon will appear in the lower right of the
Outlook window next to the status bar. If you click on it, the send/receive
status will appear for each of the e-mail accounts you have selected to
send/receive.
