Help with Disk Cleanup

Hello there,
I've been meaning to clean up drive "C" on my computer and i've removed
everything i don't use and still require more space.
I was wondering if I'd encounter any trouble if i wiped out the 12gb
part in the attached screenshot. I'm not good with computers & have no
idea if its safe or not.

Also, if i can't remove these files, is it possible to add unused space
from another partition on the same hard-drive to the partition where my
OS is installed?

Hi RambleOn,

I would not delete that one. It is suppose to be safe, but everyone
that did it had to do a reinstall afterwards to fix Vista. I would
recommend that you do a Repair install ro fix this problem, then run
Disk Cleanup to get rid of what you want.
