Uninstalling a incorrectly installed piece of software

i tried to install magix music maker onto my vista home permium laptop, and
it didnt work, so i used compatability wizard, it then installed incorrectly
and now i am unable to uninstall it because the install logs have been
created, what can i do?

If you can somehow get it to install correctly, you should then be
able to go back and uninstall it.
