Cursor Disappearing

With Vista, my cursor will disappear until I roll over something I can
click on. Its really annoying and I can't figure out how to make it
visible all the time. I've searched a bunch of forums, messed with
mouse/keyboard settings, downloaded drivers...nothing. Any ideas?
