Performance Information & Tools page

When i got on this page and click on
Refresh Now or Update My Score
it runs the assessment test but then says:

"Cannot complete assessment.
The assessment or other operation did not complete successfully.
This is due to an error being reported from the operating system, driver,
or other component."

I have Home Premium 64

might this be an issue with a driver not being a 64 bit compatible version?
i hear drivers for 64 bit are slow in coming. it's just a thought.
