Printer Driver
I installed my Lexmark X75 printer CD on my computer, and it loaded the
drivers, but not the program "Lexmark All-in-One" and the shortcut on my
desktop like it's supposed to. When I try to print, it tells me the usual
"Cannot connect to the printer" dialog box, although properties tells me
everything is installed and working properly. This printer worked fine on my
Dell w/XP, so I know the cables and printer work well. Vista has other issues
i.e. ( won't write to a blank CD.) When it does write the jpegs, I can't view
them on my TV like my old Windows XP did. I've checked everything, to include
using the recovery disks to reload Vista. Can anyone help? Or, can someone
tell me if I can load Windows XP back into this computer? That would be nice
too. thanks,
Bill
