Screen Saver - DOES NOT WORK

I have read several messages on subject issue, but none with any means to
acheive need.

I have a note book computer, Vista Ultimate, wireless mouse, all updates,
but NO SCREEN SAVER.

Can anyone help?

OOPs downloaded optional "HID NON USER INPUT FILTER" and the screen works fine.
