about the windows explroer

When i used to close my windows explorer page it generating an error msg as
"Windows explorer stooped working" and then it makes to restart the page and
after i tried to check solution for it but ,i used to search in the problems
and reports page it used to display some problem event name as
"AppTermFailureEvent" and have also detched the page with this msg and please
give me a revelent information or solution for it and it will be useful to
me for rectification.
