Has anyone met this error before? Any solutions or descriptions out there?

Found a website with lots of error codes.

it means, 'can't open the file'. it was activated on initiation of the
'SearchIndexer'.

Can anyone help me to replace the searchindexer? i assume my copy is corrupt.
