No antivirus installed error, Windows Security center and WMI

:: This has happened with 2 different Antivirus programs installed trend
micro and nod 32. the event viewer has this error message ::
::\"The Windows Security Center Service was unable to establish event
queries with WMI to monitor third party Antivirus, Antispyware and
Firewall.\"::
::How do i cure this problem ??? [image:
