No, probably not. There is software that can attempt recovery but if the
computer has continued to be used during the time since the deletion the
file may be gone forever.

You could restore a previous version. I believe you need to right-click the
folder that contained the item and then click Restore Previous Versions.
This will show files that were in the past shadow copy but have been deleted
since then.
