Someone please help
Can someone please tell me how to disable the feature in vista that
constantly asks for permission on doing anything? hte one that pops up asking
to continue after change on setting or moving files.

Open "Control Panel" and select User Accounts.
Select "Turn User Account Control Off"

That 'feature' is trying to save you from the *Bad Guys*(tm). The
feature may be annoying, but the stuff the *Bad Guys*(tm) may do is
lots more annoying.
Read the message. OK the operation if it is what you *really* desire
and say 'I am still safe'.
