As a diagnostic? For what symptoms?

The idea with Prompt as a diagnostic is to slow things down so you notice
what all is going on as a page is rendered to get more clues about
what is happening before you notice your problem symptoms...

How did you "set it back"? The best way would be to use Default Level.
BTW I don't use Vista so in case there is "a better way" ; )
