Display Switching

Vista used to automatically switch to the Vista basic settings when I used a
program that wasn't Aero compatible, and then switch back when I was done
using it, but now it stopped. Where can I find this option to turn it back on?

What is it doing now when you run a program that isn't compatible with Aero?

It opens the program, but instead of video I just get a flashing blurr.
