Re: no red colour on screen or printer
Hi Renee,
Right click on the taskbar>click on task manager.
In the task manager, you should see an "applications tab.
It should list the running applications,even if you can't see them.
If your problem app is ther,highlight it and hit the "End Task" button at
the bottom.
That should solve that message.
