RE: CPU Load problem

i installed windows vista on another pc then found it was too slow so i went
back to windows xp pro, deleted and formatted the hard drive, now the cpu
like others is at 100%, (while doing nothing on the pc), can anyone let me
know how i can find out which piece of hardware (if it is) is causing the
prob.
