Screen resolution changing after Hibernation

When I bring my laptop up after putting it to sleep, the screen resolution
changes making everything bigger. I have to manually go and fix this each
time. Is there a reason it does this and is there any way to fix it? Thanks.

I've had this problem in the past also. I think updating or reinstalling my
video driver fixed it. Haven't seen This happen in a while. Have you applied
all the updates?
