backup failure

Hi! - I need help with the vista home 32 bit backup system. I have only had
one successful automatic scheduled backup and that was when i first used it
( August 07), since then I receive an error stating that:
The creation of a shadow copy has timed out. try again this operation.
(0x81000101)

Any Ideas??
