Generate a Diagnostic Report

Windows Vista Home Premium. Inspirin 1501 computer, Dual core Athlon 64x2
processor. 1GB RAM, 256 Ati RADEON Xpress, 120GB hard drive. Norton Internet
Securing 2007. When attempting to run the System Diagnostic Report after a
few minutes I receive a message that the program has timed out. Is there
some troubleshooting tools to help resolve this issue?
