My firewall keeps turning itself off does anybody know why? So does my
windows defender? I have to keep turning them back on. Can someone help
please I would be grateful.

Have other security installed such as OneCareLive or Norton 360?
The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?
The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?
Have you installed some third party internet security software like Norton
360 or McAfee's? If so, they will disable the Vista tools in favor of their
own processes. If not, then at a guess I'd say you have some malware
installed on the system that needs to be removed.
