I think that you should go to the McAfee site thru Comcast and re apply for
the complimentary McAfee suite offered to Comcast subscribers. Make sure you
have completely uninstalled McAfee & then try redownloading the
complimentary package. If there are any problems try a "live chat" with
McAfee customer assistance and they should be able to resolve things. It
worked for me when I had a similar problem.
