issues with opening or saving any kind of document
When I try to save or open a file in any program it opens the window to
browse and find the spot where you want to save, but instead of showing the
files in that location, it decides to freeze up making it impossible to save
documents. For example, if i write a paper in Word and go to save it, i click
Save-As and the dialog shows up and then it freezes up and I am forced to
close the program, unable to save the paper.

RE: issues with opening or saving any kind of document
Hi,

Possibly restarting your computer into Safe Mode (Press F8 before Windows
boots, and log into an administrator account in safe mode), may solve the
problem. Sometimes leaving the computer running for long periods of time
(days) without restarting or shutting down, can make windows act strangly.
Even if the computer is shut down, and restarted on a regular basis, these
problems can persist, until booted into safe mode, which loads only basic
windows drivers that is needed to load windows.

I hope this helps, and good luck.
