Can't log off Users

We are experiencing difficulty logging off individual admin users. When
this occurs we can't shutdown normally either. Nothing works except a power
shutdown. Then, everything returns like normal. Seems random as no one
action causes this. We have Vista Home Premium on a Gateway desktop pc.

Hi,

Try booting your computer into safe mode (Hit F8 before windows boots), then
restart your computer. By loading only basic drivers required to run windows,
safe mode fixes many common problems. I hope this helps, and good luck.
