Right Click Crash

Everytime i right click on anything on the desktop or in a folder, windows
explorer stops working and has to reset. I check online for a solution and i
get nothing. Does anyone out there have a clue what i can do to rectify this
fault???

It indicates there is a problem with an entry in the context menu that is
