Hi,
From Safe mode, run msconfig (using the start/search box) and place the
system in diagnostic mode. Restart and see if you can log in now. If so,
then move to selective startup and enable only a few of the items on the
startup tab, then click apply/ok and restart. See if you can login. Repeat
until you cannot login. When that occurs, you know you've enabled the item
that is keeping it from loading normally. Report back with what this item
is.
If you cannot login even in diagnostic mode, then you might try running a
system restore to a point prior to this happening.
