Window programs stop responding

I am always having a problem with different Window programs while in use that
stop responding. I end up loosing all the data I was working on. Any
suggestions? Thank You

I would suggest that you post the hardware that your system has,that you
post the names of the programs you are having trouble with and that you go
to Control Panel/Admin.Tools/event viewer and take a look at the log.
