Computer Management

I have Vista Ultimate and when I run compmgmt.msc I get the following message
in the cmd window: "program too big to fit into memory" Any help would be
appreciated.....Thanks

and what happens when you access it thru the Control Panel???

When using the control panel or right click on computer then select manage,
does not run, I used the compmgmt.msc as a third option and thats when I got
the error message.

right click the msc and select author then click file save you'll have
to take ownership 1st.
