Vista Reliability Monitor - Keep repeating installed program each

I have vista ultimate 32 bit version. I re-loaded the OS twice to solve a
problem with the system showing repeated program install each day I open
Vista Reliability Monitor. There is 100's of entries for program installls
each day. Even though I did not install anything that day. The entries
will show failed installs etc even thought the installs went ok. I even
tried re-loading vista and still have the same problem. For now I going to
ignore the problem since it does not seem to casue me any problems but
wondering why I have 100's of entries each day for program installs.
