Virtual Memory Question

Hello, I have a computer with 2GB RAM, and 3 Hard Dirve. 2 Hard drive
configured as RAID 0, and one hard drive in the sata 2 mode. how can
configure virtual memory for best performane? when i using multiple softwares
such as adobe creative suite package memoy becomes low, can i improve thhe
performane?

WINDOWS VISTA X64
INTEL CORE 2 QUAD CPU
