Problem in Vista64

Long story short: I have Vista Home premium 64bit. I usually have full backup
of my C:/ but I needed to format backup drive and use it for something else
for just 1 day - half an hour later when I installed Hellgate
London Demo my system crashed and now when I try to uninstall some programs
like Photoshop or GPGnet I get this error:



also Resource Monitoring isnt working:



System restore was disabled so I cant roll back

Can you help me please???
