System Info Won't display.

After turning off UAC, I am now unable to view any system information, and
get the error message - "Can't collect information, cannot access the windows
management instrumentation software. Windows management may be moved or
missing."

A long search, and various options tried, I still have the same problem.
Even turning UAC back on hasn't fixed it.

Any help appreciated.
