if that doesn't work start/run/regedit then export make a copy of the registry then edit/find/ weather channel and delete all entries and folders then it will be gone bit of work but properly the only way don't know of a reg cleaner that works with vista yet maybe somebody does  and i would create a restore point and a copy of the registry first.
