Lost Desk top photo
I first noticed that i was deleting files from folders in my computer when i
deleted files from Recently Changed folder and i found that i shouldn't
delete from that folder so now i found that when i deleted files in my
recycle bin that the photo on my desk top was deleted. Also any thoughts???

Um, don't do that?

If you are looking to recover the deleted files, there are plenty of
freeware recovery programs on the net. Here is one:

The reason being why you shouldn't delete files from "Recently Changed"
is because "Recently Changed" is not a folder, but is instead a saved
search. Every time you open that "folder", you're actually performing a
search based on preset criteria that locates recently changed files.

It doesn't matter where the files are stored.

You can also try to recover your files with Easy Digital Photo
Recovery:
