My Computer crashes

My Computer crashes

I have vista premium, and more often than not my computer crashes when I shut
it down, Drive Power State Failure.... I have not put anything new on my
computer recently and I don't understand why its is crashing. I have windows
update daily (or whenever there is a update) I don't know what else to do...
