Problem with restart messages on Vista load

Every time I boot the computer and log in I get a message saying that the
computer needs to be restarted to complete installation of an update.
Clicking "Yes" and restarting the computer doesn't get rid of the message
when it boots back up. I searched through the update history and one update
(KB936181) shows up as failed. It's not listed in the Programs list to
uninstall it. I can't figure out how to get the message to quit coming up
when I start Windows. Anyone have any ideas?

It looks like we are the only ones that are getting this. Did you figure out
what was causing it?
