Problem with my folders

Hi. Can anyone help me with a huge problem i got?
You see, everytime i wanna send something to a page or to a friend using
skype or Windows Live Messenger, my browsing window starts to get ''Not
responding'' and i have to shut it down? Can anyone help me with that??
