Delays: Windows Explorer and File Open/Save Dialogs
I'm running Vista Business on a Dell XPS 410 dual core with 2GB RAM.
Performance is excellent except for Windows Explorer and File Open/Save
Dialogs.

When opening a folder with Windows Explorer or invoking a File Open or Save
dialog in an application, I experience a 30-second delay before the dialog is
populated with files.

Any ideas on this?
